Preparation Guidance

Advanced support from me and mini-practices Thursday & Friday to help you make the most of the retreat - for maximum impact. Things like how to set up your space, manage interruptions, choose intentions. 

Practices We'll Embrace

Join every session or choose which you need the most (and if you're not sure what you need - I'll be there to guide you every step of the way!)

 

  • Hatha Yoga Flow - Release what you no longer need through movement and breath. And of course, strengthening and stretching the body is sooooo good for us!

  • Guided Journaling/Reflection - Cultivate more self awareness and learn to reflect with more compassion and less judgement, guilt or shame. 

  • Somatic Yoga Practices - Not only deeply relaxing but an opportunity to truly embody the next best version of you. (say bye bye to limiting belief's!)
  •  
  • Yoga Nidra - Access deep states of meditation even if you've never meditated before. Also the fastest way to release stress and create positive changes in the brain.

  • A space in your home to practice

  • A journal or notebook

  • A yoga mat is helpful for the morning practices but if you don't have one don't worry.
