We’ll begin with some gentle somatic movement and stretching for releasing tension and deepening the mind-body connection Then we'll lay down and settle in for our Yoga Nidra practice along with the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls. Ending with a Sound Bath.
The soothing vibrations and gentle guided meditation help to:
