A 60-minute live session to prepare for our journey together.
Hatha Yoga & Mindset Talk
You’ll learn why practicing at home is so powerful, how to set yourself up for success and how to get the most from your weekend retreat.
Think of it as your warm-up for what’s to come.

Four live sessions across the weekend to help you release, realign and remember your light.

 

Weekend 22nd-23rd November

Morning Practices (Sat & Sun approx 10am GMT)
Fun yoga flows to awaken and balance your energy.
Accessible for all levels, designed to connect you back to your body and breath.

 

Evening Workshops (Sat & Sun approx 6pm GMT)
Soothing yoga and guided reflection to unwind and reconnect.
Each evening has a different focus:

Saturday – Reflect & Release
A time to reflect on the past year and gently let go of any hurt, guilt, shame or unhelpful thoughts/beliefs/habits
Includes:
🌿 Gentle yoga to release tension in body and mind
🌿 Guided journaling for reflection and forgiveness
🌿 Yoga Nidra for deep rest and renewal
🌿 A downloadable workbook and audio for continued release. 

Sunday – Align and Begin
A space to celebrate all that you are now, set clear intentions for who you are becoming and align with what truly matters to you.
Includes:
🌞 Reflective journaling to clarify your end of 2025 and new year vision
🌞 Yoga Nidra to plant seeds of new possibility
🌞 Practices to build momentum and energy for lasting change

All sessions are live on Zoom with replays available so you can revisit anytime.
