➤ Lesson: Sleep vs Rest (and why both matter)
➤ Practice: Yoga Nidra for falling (or returning) to sleep
➤ Journal: Reclaiming your relationship with rest

 

Day 3 - Saturday May 3

➤ Lesson: How your body speaks (and how we’ve learned not to listen)
➤ Practice: Somatic awareness & felt sense meditation
➤ Journal: Tune in to what your body is trying to tell you

 

Day 4 - Sunday May 4

➤ Zoom Live - Talk & Yoga Nidra at 8 PM EET
➤ Lesson: Creating more day to day ease through setting intentions
➤ Practice: Yoga Nidra to anchor your heart mission
➤ Journal: What’s out of alignment? What’s calling you back to balance?

 

Day 5 - Monday May 5

🌸 Return to Radiance
➤ Live Closing Session + Radiance Yoga Nidra at 9 PM EET
➤ Lesson: Returning to your our natural radiance. Peace is always present.
➤ Practice: Let's celebrate (and next steps on your journey)
➤ Journal: What have I remembered about myself this week?
