If the gate is closed please use the buzzer - Inner Glow.

Come up the steps to the lift or continue up the stairs to the 3rd (top) floor. 

Shoes to be left outside the studio. 

Inner Glow has mats, blocks, blankets and pillows but I always recommend bringing your own mat. You can double them up then for extra comfort!
