Join us every Tuesday and Friday evening for a calming, grounding yoga session right on the beach. It's a perfect way to unwind, whether you're visiting Athens or live nearby.
We move slowly, breathe deeply, and soak in the beauty of the sunset. All to help you relax and reset - Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.Â

Watching the sunset can trigger a sense of awe . A powerful emotional experience shown to reduce stress, improve mood, and create a sense of connection and presence. It slows brainwaves, supports nervous system regulation, and helps prepare you for a deeply restful sleep.

I have a bright yellow bag to help you spot me. And the exact location pin is emailed when you book your place.Â
Please know this is a public beach so there will be other people around. The place we practice though, is more quiet and offers great views of the sunset.Â
We practice just here by the lifeguard stand!Â

We usually practice on a towel or blanket, which allows us to connet with the erath eenrgy and relax on the sand.Â
Bring water and maybe a hat and sunscreen as the sun will be hot at the start of the class!Â
