What you'll take away:

- Self care tools to continue at home. All practices we learn together will be yours to take home in the form of workbook handouts and meditation audio recordings. And most importantly you'll have the confidence and know-how to keep them up by yourself.
- A deeper sense of connection, meaning and purpose. At the end of this retreat you'll have released many layers of stress, negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. You will have connected to the deepest part of you - your very own limitless resource of self compassion, joy and inner peace. This renewed sense of connection creates more clarity and meaning. You'll be able to trust yourself and your choices more. And recognise when you're going off track AND have the tools to get right back on it !

All yoga practices are open level and beginner friendly. This is where we remember the joy in moving and connecting with our bodies.
Itinerary
(Exact start/finish times and sight seeing trips will be confirmed with the group closer to the start date... everything you see is optional and adaptable. This time is for you!!!!!)
Wednesday Day 1
Arrival time around 2-3pm. I’ll be there to welcome you and make sure you are comfortably checked in to your rooms.
5pm Welcome Dinner. A chance to get to know each other in a non formal, relaxed way.
7.30pm Opening Circle with Cacao* Gentle yoga to ease ourselves out of “busy mode” and in to a more receptive open-heart energy. Cacao medicine and journalling followed by deep rest yoga nidra meditation - to plant the seeds of change we are longing for.
*There’ll be some nice herbal tea too, for those not wanting to drink cacao.
Thursday Day 2
8.30am Sunrise Practice - Flow yoga, meditation and pranayama practice.
10.30am Healthy Breakfast/Brunch (fresh & locally sourced)
Free Time for swimming, walking, relaxing or exploring.
2.30pm Aligning With Authentic Self Workshop. Understand how connecting with your core essence values can provide the roadmap to living with more ease, meaning and purpose. Trust me - this is a game-changer on any healing/development journey!
5pm Greek Taverna Dinner - Dine together under the orange trees and taste the local cuisine.
8pm Relaxing Yoga & Authentic Self Yoga Nidra. (using values from our workshop to positively shift the subconscious mind)
Friday Day 3
8.30am Sunrise Practice - Flow yoga, meditation and pranayama practice.
10.30am Healthy Breakfast/Brunch (fresh & locally sourced)
Free Time for swimming, walking, relaxing or exploring.
Option for a trip to the famous Ancient Theatre of Epidavros
5pm Greek Taverna Dinner - Dine under the orange trees and taste the local cuisine.
8pm Yin Yoga and Inner Resource Yoga Nidra - Connecting to your inner well of limitless peace, compassion and wellbeing.
Saturday Day 4
8.30am Greet the day with Gratitude! - Fun vinyasa flow, meditation and pranayama practice.
10.30am Healthy Breakfast/Brunch (fresh & locally sourced)
Free Time for swimming, walking, relaxing or exploring.
Option for a group hike or beach day!
6pm Relaxing Yoga on the beach under the moon and stars.
8pm Dinner On The Beach.
Sunday Day 5
8.30am Morning Yoga & Closing Circle Reflect on your retreat journey and create some reminders for life after the retreat.
11am Our final brunch together - to reflect, chat, laugh and relax!



Location & Accommodation
The tranquil environment and the healing legacy of Ancient Epidavros make it the ideal location for our retreat, where you can immerse yourself in the practice of yoga amidst the echoes of ancient wisdom.
Epidavros is around a 2 hr drive from the city of Athens (& Athens Airport) and although connections are not included in the fee, I can help with transfers, car shares etc. I am very happy to share my best local travel tips for you international travellers too!
Our retreat venue includes our very own yoga shala and is a local family run business. We will stay in big, bright and lovely studios, surrounded by the lushest of green gardens. It's just a stone’s throw away from the sea and has breathtaking mountain views.
Brunch will be prepared on site and dinner will be served in a local taverna to fully immerse ourselves in the Greek culture I have fallen in love with since moving here.
Both brunch and dinner are included, and studios include kitchenettes in case you get hungry in-between and of course there are a few nearby restaurants.

Hi, I'm Tara, an experienced yoga teacher now living in Greece. I believe that everyone deserves to feel good, and to live without burden and dis-ease
I began my own yoga journey almost 30 years ago (eek!) and many years and many many studio classes later, I came to understand where the true power lay.
In living the yoga!
And after a long time battle with depression and anxiety I was ready to feel good again. I was ready to remember what my soul came here to do. Ready to connect to my own inner resource of peace, love and magic.
So I did!
And now my mission is to help you do the same. And where better than to do this in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
I cannot wait to welcome you here to Greece. 🙏🏼
