All deposits are non-refundable.

If you do need to cancel your retreat place I will try my best to fill your spot and offer you a refund (minus deposit) 

If that is not possible the following applies: 

Days Before Departure Cancellation Charge

  • 90 days or more: 30% of total retreat cost based on your choice of room
  • 40-90 days: 75% of your retreat cost
  • Less than 40 days: 100% of retreat cost​



Cancellation by retreat leader – I reserve the right in any circumstance to postpone and reschedule your retreat at any time up to 10 weeks before the start date, in which case I will offer to transfer your deposit to the new dates or issue a voucher to be used on any other retreat. Any other retreat payments will be refunded.

I will not be responsible for any monies you have paid for travel, so please make sure you have booked flexible flights and/or insurance to cover cancellations.

Insurance – Please make sure to get travel insurance! 

You are responsible for arranging full travel insurance which should cover you for the activities you plan to undertake and have adequate cover for travel delay, cancellation and curtailment, medical expenses and your personal belongings.  

 

Waiver

We at Warrior Heart Yoga recommend that you consult your GP regarding the suitability of undertaking an exercise programme and following all the safety instructions required before beginning to exercise. When participating in an exercise or exercise programme, there is the possibility of sustaining a physical injury. If you engage in this exercise programme, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself

 

Liability

I do NOT accept any liability for: cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control, participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday, loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
